Family and Social Services Minister Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, regarding the "Regulation on Special Care Centers for Individuals with Disabilities," stated, "We are implementing a new special care service model based on technical competence, transparency, uniformity of application, legal guarantees, and a service approach focused on individuals with disabilities."
Minister Göktaş announced that the Regulation on Special Care Centers for Individuals with Disabilities has been published in the Official Gazette and has entered into force. Göktaş stated that a holistic solution has been brought to the opening, inspection, payment, and placement processes of special care centers in all 81 provinces.
