Registration now open for Tour of Homes holiday light display contest

BEMIDJI — The Bemidji Pioneer is partnering with the First City of Lights Foundation for this year's Tour of Homes holiday light display contest. Registration is now open to add your home to the list, which will then be compiled into a map of the decorated homes for the winter holidays.
