Registration deadline extended to September 25 for those interested in competing in Beckley's Annual Chili Night
The competition is open to restaurants, businesses, organizations, and schools. Chili participants are encouraged to prepare homemade chili, from 5 gallons in the schools' category to at least 10 gallons in the restaurant category.
