The union of Dicastery Clerks threatens to block, from 1 September, the activity in courts and parks throughout the country, in protest against the new version of the payroll law. Unionists claim the decrease in the reference value to 4,000 lei and claim that the changes will lead to the decrease in the income of the specialist auxiliary staff.
The union of Dicastery Clerks threatens that it will block the activity of all Romanian courts and parquets from 1 September. The protest would continue indefinitely, if the draft law of pay will not be amended. Trade unionists call for the elimination of spores, too small wage coefficients and the reduction of the reference value to 4,000 lei.
The National Union of Dicastery Registrars announces that the work of the courts and prosecutors would be blocked indefinitely, as from 1 September 2026, if the draft of the new payroll law is maintained in current form.
