Region at Work: Fisherman ran Lake Michigan charter boat for nearly 40 years

Richard Pegau and his late wife Judy ran Rainmaker Charters out of Portage for nearly 40 years. They took fisherman out on a charter boat onto Lake Michigan for a deep-sea fishing experience. They were often booked so much they had time for little other than to fish, eat and sleep.
