Redding Police arrest man after investigation results in discovery of 1,324 grams of fentanyl, more than $2,700 in stolen merchandise, child abuse

The Redding Police Department arrested 32-year-old Joseph Holcomb of Redding, who was booked into the Shasta County Jail on numerous felony charges stemming from child abuse and the possession of a controlled substance for sale.
