Hemnet's advertising prices are skyrocketing. And now more and more real estate agents are openly critical. In twelve months, Hemnet has managed to charge 37 percent more per ad – and since April, a new ad type can cost over 30,000 kronor. "A betrayal of consumers and real estate agents," says KTH researcher Rickard Engström.
