"The Weserwörter:innen" are a network of professional children's book authors from Bremen and the surrounding area. The eleven writers from the children's and youth book scene have networked in order to work together for the needs of their readers. Anton Hornig from Göttingen and Celina Ainger from Wolfsburg are the best readers in the Braunschweig district. The two sixth-graders confidently and skillfully presented their readings against eleven other competitors and qualified for the Lower Saxony state competition. The competition for the Braunschweig district was organized by the Göttingen City Library and took place on Friday, March 28, 2025, in the Old Town Hall of Göttingen.
