The man's home conditions had been a cause for concern for over ten years.
18-year-old Liam Nebel was armed at school – the day before the attack, reports DN. He sent a picture to an online friend of a sword, a helmet and a gas mask from inside the school toilet. “But I won’t do it. I’m too scared,” he wrote.
One girl was killed and three boys were injured. Days earlier, the 18-year-old had allegedly brought the sword to school.
