RCMP Warn Public Not to Approach Wanted Man

Alberta RCMP are warning the public not to approach a wanted man who may be in the Fort McMurray area. Francis William Cardinal is wanted for multiple crimes and is known to frequent parts of northern Alberta. He was last seen in the Kikino Métis Settlement, about 128 kilometres west of Cold Lake, along Highway 36. Police say if you see Cardinal or know where he is, do not approach him. Instead, contact RCMP or Crime Stoppers right away.
