IU football recruiting: 3-star safety Laron Dues commits to the Hoosiers

The commitments continue to roll in for Indiana football. On Tuesday afternoon, Cardinal Mooney H.S. (Sarasota, Fla.) class of 2026 safety Laron Dues announced his verbal commitment to Indiana on his Instagram page. We had alluded to the fact that Indiana was HOT on the recruiting trail since April, and that came to light again in June as RB Jayreon Campbell popped for IU. The three-star out of Powder Springs, GA (McEachern High School) landed on the Hoosiers following his official visit the weekend prior.
