PUT-IN-BAY, Ohio — Rarely seen Lake Erie freshwater jellyfish have created an Internet buzz after being spotted first in Presque Isle Bay near Erie, Pa., and most recently this week near the shorelines of Middle Bass Island and South Bass Island.
