A rapper from Amsterdam appears to be the mastermind behind a gang that scammed people using confidence tricks. Derrick O. (30) is believed to have stolen money from at least six people. He and a few other suspects operated in Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Ridderkerk, among other places. O. will appear before the judge in Rotterdam on Monday.
