Raik: There will probably be no real peace agreement with the current Russian regime

The Putin-led regime is still not ready to accept that Ukraine is a sovereign state and therefore a real peace treaty between Russia and Ukraine may not be reached, Kristi Raik, director of the International Center for Defense Studies, told "First Studio".
