Saturday was a very special day for Sumitra Shrestha, 70, of Imadol, Lalitpur. Unlike her usual Saturdays, she found herself in a college hall, part of a large audience gathered to witness the launch of a book entitled Shakahar: Tarkadhar ( Justifications for Vegetarianism/ Veganism) by Raghu Aditya, an animal rights activist.
