Radar: Millions for the Railway to Kelebija Ended up in Foreign Accounts Controlled by Serbian Politicians Through Offshore Companies

Only three private Serbian companies that were engaged as subcontractors in the reconstruction of the railway from Novi Sad to Subotica, or to the state border at Kelebija, had more than 80 of their own subcontractors, Radar writes in its latest issue, stating that 15 people are under investigation, suspected of having damaged the state by around $115 million.
