Racing suspect involved in death of 18-year-old woman sentenced

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The racing suspect involved in the death of an 18-year-old girl was sentenced for manslaughter Thursday. 18-year-old Hugo Pinon received 60 months of supervised probation. Pinon pled guilty to one count of manslaughter per domestic violence.
