WESTFIELD — With approximately two months left to pull nomination papers and return 50 certified signatures of residents, contested races are beginning to emerge for at-large and Ward 2 City Council and for Ward 6 on the Municipal Light Board.Sitting Mayor Michael McCabe is the only one who has taken out nomination papers for the mayoral race to date.
