Prep football: Rams defeat Pikeville 17-10 in Class A state semifinals

RACELAND, Ky. -- Raceland High School's football team is hungry and headed to Kroger. Hungry for a state championship, that is,and headed to the University of Kentucky's Kroger Field at noon Friday to play Kentucky Country Day for the Class 1A state football championship. The Rams (12-1) defeated Pikeville 17-10 Friday at home to win a semifinal showdown. KCD beat Campbellsville 31-13 Friday in the other semifinal.
