US wants to levy a mooring fee on Chinese ships
The United States wants to levy port fees on any ship that is part of a fleet of Chinese or Chinese-flagged ships. Allies should introduce the same measure for such ships or else expect retaliation, according to a draft decision seen by Reuters on Thursday.
