The Russian independent website Verstka reports that talks are underway in the Kremlin about a possible softening of domestic policy after the end of the war. Among the steps being considered are the reinstatement of presenters fired shortly after the attack on Ukraine and the removal of some people from the list of "foreign agents". A plan has already been drawn up called "Let's bring back the Russia of 2021".
