Russian President Vladimir Putin had a phone conversation with the President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in which they discussed cooperation within OPEC+ and Russia-US talks on Ukraine, the Kremlin said on Monday, according to Reuters.

Vladimir Putin spoke with United Arab Emirates President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan about the OPEC+ agreement, as well as about Monday's talks between Russia and the United States.
