Puratos acquires Vör Foods

Puratos, a bakery ingredients manufacturer based in Pennsauken, N.J, acquires Vör Foods, a producer of clean-label nut butters and nut based fillings. Vör’s portfolio largely consists of pistachio, hazelnut, almond, cashew, and blended nut butters and fillings using mostly U.S.-sourced ingredients.
