Puppy Dog Coulee project enters new phase as two roads close, one opens

MINOT, ND (KXNET) — Part of the roadway that was closed for the Puppy Dog Coulee project has reopened, while two new sections will close as work continues near Dakota Square Mall. The City of Minot provided the following updates: 22nd Ave SW has reopened to vehicle traffic.
