Puno: Two policemen arrested for stripping merchandise from merchant who refused to pay bribe

Two non-commissioned officers of the Peruvian National Police (PNP), attached to the police station of the San Miguel district, were arrested after being accused of stripping a merchant who refused to pay an alleged coima.
