A Pulaski County man indicted in November 2022 in connection with an FBI investigation into drug trafficking activities by members and associates of two rival Central Arkansas gangs pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of conspiracy to distribute marijuana and fentanyl and faces up to 20 years in prison when he returns for sentencing.
