Pudsey: Highways safety concerns scupper takeaway plan at former HSBC bank - West Leeds Dispatch

By John Baron Plans to repurpose part of the former HSBC bank building in Pudsey town centre into a food take-away outlet have been refused by Leeds City Council planners.
