Bell County, Tx (FOX44) - Bell County Sheriff Bill Cooke says a man has been arrested in the April 12th theft of an ATM from a business west of Temple. Kenneth Hayes Mackie was in the Parker County Jail as of Thursday morning charge with theft under $300,000 of an ATM.
