Public Housing disburses more than $280,000 in COVID-19 rental assistance

After the number of murders in public housing projects has risen to 30 so far this year—compared to the same period last year, when there were 13—Public Housing Administrator Juan A. Rosario Hernández met with Puerto Rico Police Commissioner Joseph González to strengthen the security of people living in public housing.

Public Housing Administrator Juan Rosario Hernández reported the disbursement of more than $280,000 in Covid Renta program assistance to public housing residents and citizens with outstanding debts for essential services.
