PROVIDENCE — Troopers arrested Alana Rios, age 32 of 119 Magnolia Street, Cranston, at 1:15 a.m. for a Providence County Superior Court bench warrant. The warrant was issued for failure to appear for pretrial conference on the initial charge of obtaining property by false pretenses originating out of the State Police Headquarters.
