Following a consecration ceremony with newly appointed Diocese of Tyler Bishop Gregory Kelly, the building is now Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

This process foresees, from next January, the establishment of "diocese-wide" listening cells, "capable of receiving persons who have been victims in adulthood".
