Eyal Yaffe was indicted on charges of illegal gathering, obstructing a police officer in the performance of their duty, and an indecent act after he was filmed clinging to a female officer during a demonstration.

An indictment was filed against Eyal Yaffe, 72, of Magen Ner, for committing an indecent act on a Tel Aviv police officer during a demonstration outside the Knesset, while she was leaning towards another protester in an attempt to move him away from the road.

Eyal Yaffe is accused of committing the offenses of unlawful assembly, obstructing a police officer in the performance of his duty, and indecent act. "He pressed his lower body against her while she was trying to move another protester off the road."
