An emergency ordinance has been in effect in the Tuindorp district of Coevorden since Wednesday evening. Mayor Renze Bergsma took this drastic measure after days of tension in the neighborhood. The reason is the planned arrival of fourteen minor unaccompanied asylum seekers. The measure will apply until July 10, reports the AD.
