Prosecutors Got a Chance to Get Their Salaries Evened Out by the Supreme Court. There's an Important Verdict

The issue of prosecutors' salaries cannot be regulated less favorably in a budget-related act, the Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday. The ruling is important for all injured investigators.

Prosecutors have also started demanding higher salaries from judges. They criticize that last year's savings froze their earnings. On Monday, four prosecutors filed pre-trial motions. The Union of Prosecutors is also recommending that its members file lawsuits over this year's salary cuts between January and February.

According to their Union, state prosecutors are to seek payment of salaries for part of this year and last year in court. The lawsuits are to be directed at court presidents who issued salary assessments in accordance with the amendment to the law.
