MOORHEAD — A judge has rejected a request by prosecutors to add information to a court file in the case of a Moorhead man who is appealing his sentence for a summer shootout. Tamorris Dempsey is serving 11 years in prison. In August 2024, Dempsey and his son were involved in a shootout with a homeowner over the treatment of a dog.
