The popular grocery chain, Aldi is a proposed tenant for a site within the Volunteer Plaza Redevelopment District in Bristol, Tennessee.  The proposal is for a roughly 20,000 square foot Aldi grocery store off Volunteer Parkway.  The overall redevelopment district is a little more than 11 acres with other potential businesses being included.  The proposal is estimated to cost just under $5.5 million.  The plan still needs approved by Bristol, Te…
