In City Council on Thursday 26 June, the Lyon elected officials validated three new measures to respond to the housing crisis.
The National Assembly committee has adopted several amendments to the proposal for an amendment to the Hospitality Act, which regulates short-term rental of real estate. The proposal introduces a limit of short-term rentals to 60 days in municipalities with a housing crisis, but gives them the option of relaxing this limit. According to the coalition, the proposal contributes a piece in the mosaic of solving the housing problem.
