FRESNO, CALIF. — Progressive Real Estate Partners has brokered the sale of Peppertree Plaza, a shopping center in Fresno. A Bay Area private investor sold the asset to a Los Angeles-based private investor for $6.7 million. Fresno’s Peppertree Plaza purchased for $6.68M; Outback Steakhouse among tenants

The 51,000 square-foot Peppertree Plaza shopping center at Shaw and Marks avenues in Northwest Fresno has been sold for $6.68 million. Built in 1980, Peppertree Plaza is 87% leased. Current tenants include Outback Steakhouse, Deli Delicious, FastSigns and State Bank of India.
