Producer Riin Vann told "Terevisiooni" that starting today, you can submit your creations to the Estonian Song Contest and noted that two clarifications have been made to the rules. Participants in the contest must be at least 18 years old and the artist who wins the contest must be sure that he or she is ready to represent Estonia at Eurovision.
