The 761st Jasmine Revolution took place at 4:00 PM on October 25, 2025, in front of the Chinese Consulate General in Los Angeles. It was jointly initiated by the Los Angeles Committee of the China Democratic Party, the China Democratic League for Human Rights, and Opposition Magazine. Over a dozen participants delivered public speeches, calling for the release of imprisoned prisoners of conscience, including Xing Wangli and Zhang Pancheng.
