The Office of the Special Prosecutor for Organized Crime (Femdo) received convictions ranging from 117 to 180 years in prison against three members of La familia michoacana for the crimes of organized crime, aggravated kidnapping, unlicensed carrying of firearms and carrying of firearms for the exclusive use of the Army, Navy and Air Force.
Four men were sentenced to 495 years in prison when they were found criminally responsible for the kidnapping of 10 people in the municipality of Aculco, State of Mexico (Edomex).The Attorney General's Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) reported on Tuesday, March 18 that a conviction was obtained for Saul Ruiz Collín, Miguel Ángel Ruiz Martínez, Homero Navarrete Alcántara and Guillermo Vargas Benítez.
