I rise in support of the Anti-Terrorism (Amendment) Bill, 2026. Allow me first to send greetings to the people of Cat Island, whom I have the privilege of representing. This is a narrow Bill with broad consequences. Its two clauses close a gap between what The Bahamas has committed to internationally and what our law is able to deliver.
