Prices of basic food products, fruits and vegetables on the stock exchanges in our country continued to creep upwards over the past week, according to data from the State Commission on Commodity Exchanges and Markets (DCBM). The market price index (MPI), which reflects the movement of wholesale food prices in Bulgaria, is rising, albeit minimally. This week it increased by 0.14 percent - from 2.222 to 2.225 points.
