CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WOWK) - A man is facing charges after a traffic stop in Huntington led to a drug arrest. According to Huntington Police Chief Phil Watkins, the Huntington Violent Crime Drug Task Force stopped a vehicle Monday in the 1300 block of Madison Avenue.
