"The court indicated that there was a high probability that the act he was charged with would be committed. It also indicated specific grounds for applying temporary arrest, including the fear of escape, obstruction, and the severe punishment that the suspect faces."

In the prosecutor's motion to the court to temporarily arrest Sebastian M., the fear of the suspect escaping again, unlawful obstruction of the proceedings and the severe penalty that he faces were indicated. The preventive measure was upheld.
