The government has been urged to ensure that Transport for London (TfL) receives a long-term funding agreement ahead of tomorrow’s Spring Statement.  The London Property Alliance (LPA) submitted its request ahead of the statement, calling on the Chancellor to tap into the potential for property developments to support public transport upgrades.
