Cabinet Council authorizes the creation of two new free zones in Panama

The creation of these two free zones is part of the Panamanian government's strategy to diversify its economy and take advantage of its world-class port and logistics infrastructure.

Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani appointed Jakana Issaga as Chairman of the Nouadhibou Free Zone Authority, by decree issued Tuesday.
