President Dina Boluarte signed the decree increasing the salary from 16,000 soles ( 3,832 euros ) to 35,568 soles ( 8,519 euros ), i.e. she authorized herself, an increase of 1 25% per month , thus exceeding the Peruvian minimum salary by 30 times , amid criticisms and a disapproval that exceeds 90%.


The Peruvians expressed their outrage after Dina Boluarte doubled her salary to an amount close to 10 thousand dollars a month.
