Monaleo Cancels Shows After Emergency Surgery and Health Scare

On Tuesday, Monaleo, Houston rapper, canceled her Memphis and New Orleans shows after emergency surgery, apologizing to fans on X.
Emergency-Room tests revealed Monaleo had an inflamed ovarian cyst described as the size of a softball that twisted, cut off blood flow, caused bleeding, and required removal of one ovary and one fallopian tube.
Having completed 25 shows, Monaleo noted the tour is set to resume at the House of Blues, Houston on March 6, with 11 remaining shows before finishing April 21, 2026 in Birmingham, Alabama.
Her team is coordinating refunds and rescheduling; Monaleo apologized to fans in posts and a formal letter, thanked supporters, and acknowledged the inconvenience to Memphis and New Orleans ticket purchasers.
Her team noted that future dates depend on her healing progress, and she remains hospitalized in Memphis following an emergency surgery, taking recovery day by day.
