PPHTD Continues Collaboration with Other Deep Water Ports
The Plaquemines Port Harbor & Terminal District (PPHTD) continues its official collaboration with the other deep water ports in the south eastern Louisiana region. During the September 11 PPHTD meeting, commissioners unanimously approved an ordinance to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement (CEA) with the Port of New Orleans, the Greater Baton Rouge Port, the Port of South Louisiana, and the Port of St. Bernard.
